Are your watches waterproof?
Water Resistance Scale for Tockor:
1: 3ATM(30meter water rating or higher),Covers your everyday uses, like splashes, sweat and light rain.
2: 5ATM(50meter water rating or higher) Covers a little more water contact, like quick submersions or showers.
3: 10ATM(100 meter water rating or higher), Covers your water sports and swims.
What type of leather is used?
Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.
What is the glass made of?
The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.
Is there a watch manual?
Yes.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, there is a 2-year limited warranty.Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
What is your return/exchange policy?
For personalized watches, our production usually takes less than a month. Since each piece is tailored to your needs, the delivery schedule depends on the quantity ordered. You will see the precise estimated delivery date before you complete your purchase.
How are taxes and duties calculated?
For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
